    Well finally the SC is going in this weekend and i am going to change the pulley. What is the best way to do it!

    Sorry guys i know this was posted before but i could not find it.

    See my site under mods, look for 8psi pulley. I've got instructions there.

    The short of it:
    Gear pulley and a 1 1/2 inch wrench, blue loctite and an oven.

    Take the bolt of.
    Using the GEAR PULLEY ONLY, remove the pulley
    Heat the new pulley to 280 for 10 min.
    Now with the pulley hot, it will slide right on.
    Get it on so you can see the threads
    Using the new nut, with blue loctite to tighten it on.
    A socket wrench is fine, make sure you have a good grip on it.
